Our heroic open jam leader is back — to take the stage himself this time. Folksy, groovsy, and lots of fun.


Lewis has played Celtic and folk music from a young age, growing up in the highlands of Scotland. He studied piano and accordion at the Scottish National Centre for Excellence in Traditional Music and played in the bands Force 10, Fèis Rois and Hoodja amonst others. Lewis’s act combines tunes and songs of Ireland, Canada and his native Scotland. A contemporary twist on traditional accordion playing takes the lead with lively tunes or makes a rhythmic accompaniment to his folk and self-penned song repertoire.
